"My name is Colin Wilkinson, and I am a part of this past summer’s ABOP class. I graduated from KU in the Spring with a degree in Business Analytics and a minor in Economics. My current rotation is in the Auto and Home division, and I’m currently working on the Finance side. In this rotation, I’m in charge of running our agent compensation for all auto and home agents, managers, and customer service representatives. Outside of this, I have multiple presentation opportunities, ad-hoc requests, and other projects like Revenue Recognition reporting.”

Business Operations Program
(ABOP)
Each year, SelectQuote welcomes remarkable students into our Accelerated Business Operations Program (ABOP), who are motivated and looking to contribute to the organization. These future leaders of SelectQuote are allowed to participate in classes that leverage their skills and prepare them for their future careers. The Accelerated Business Operations Professional program is an intensive leadership development program focused on analytics and strategic decision-making. Through rotations every 6 months, ABOPs will be assigned projects across Operations, Marketing, Finance, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Science, Investor Relations, and more!
